And these new items aren’t anything to scoff at, because they can help you and your team more than you’d think.
The new store items come in the form of eight new items for our lovely Semibots to purchase and use. But how can they use these items, and how will they help in their journey to fulfill their quotas? Well, that’s what we’ll go into in a few moments, so let’s analyze the new store items and see how they can help the Semibots.
The REPO Cosmetics Update Items
There are a total of eight REPO Cosmetics update items that reside in the store item rotations. Because of that, you might not find any of these items on your first visit to the store. When you do, it’s wise to know how to use them before purchasing them, so let’s visit the store and take a look at these new items.
The New Items
The New Vehicles
Among the new REPO Cosmetics update items, you might be surprised to hear that vehicles have made an appearance. The vehicles of REPO come in two forms, the Scout and the Hauler, as of the REPO Cosmetics update. While they’re essentially the same vehicle, they do have their differences when analyzing them.
Both the Scout and Hauler are hover scooter vehicles capable of traveling at impressive speeds, but that’s where the similarities end. The Scout is a lighter version of the Hauler with nothing special, aside from being one of the first vehicles in the game. The Hauler, on the other hand, is a version of the Scout that features a storage bin behind the driver for loot.
The New Weapons
The new REPO Cosmetics update items also include weapons, or items that you can use as weapons, at least. The REPO Cosmetics update introduces four of these items into the store, and some of these items are magical in nature. With that said, let’s talk about the cooler and fantastical items first.
Among the new weapons of the REPO Cosmetics update, you’ll notice the three new Staffs that you can purchase. The first two Staffs are the Roll and Zero Gravity Staffs, which function similarly to the Roll and Zero Gravity Drones. The last staff, on the other hand, is the Void Staff, a powerful staff of unimaginable power, so use it carefully.
The last weapon-like item on the list of REPO Cosmetics update items is the Leaf Blower. While it’s rather boring compared to the magical staffs of various powers, the Leaf Blower still has its uses. The use in question is to push away any foe in your way, similar to how the Bowtie creature blows away any Semibot in its way.
The Utility Items
Last but not least in the list of REPO Cosmetics update items are the new utility items ready for the Semibots in the store. These utility items are the new Defibro and Semibo Walkies, two items that solve two issues that have plagued players. Let’s start with the first item in this list, the new Defibro.
With the Defribro, Semibots won’t have to worry about being alone for long when a friend has passed. You can now revive your friend on the go with the Defribro without the need to deposit their head at a deposit station. However, make sure you’re in a safe place before using it, because your freshly revived friend is rather fragile.
After the Defribo are the Semibot Walkies, a set of walkie-talkies built specifically for the Semibots. With these new walkie-talkies, you can communicate with your fellow Semibot regardless of distance. Once you’ve purchased this new item, you won’t have to stick together like peas in a pod any longer.
Is That All For The REPO Cosmetics Update Items?
As small as the REPO Cosmetics update items list may seem, these items don’t exist in a vacuum. These items exist alongside all of the others that you see in the store, so it’s quite the catalog when you look at the total list. So, a small inclusion to an already large list makes quite a difference, even if it doesn’t seem like it.
Despite the small number of items, these items will still help you in your journey as a Semibot way more than if they hadn’t existed.
