Battlefield 6 Season 3 is here, and players couldn’t be more excited to try out its new content. Some of you may recognize some of the upcoming content from our look at the 2026 roadmap for Battlefield 6. However, some of the content on the roadmap wasn’t public at the time, but that has recently changed.

Battlefield 6 Season 3 will arrive in three parts spanning three dates from May to June. All three dates contain a package of content for players to try out in the chaotic environment of Battlefield and REDSEC. And I know you don’t have all day, so let’s get right into it and look at the contents of Battlefield 6 Season 3.

As mentioned, Battlefield 6 Season 3 will arrive in three parts spanning from May to June. The parts in question are Warlords: Supremacy, releasing on May 12; Blastpoint, releasing on June 9; and High-Value Target, releasing on June 30. Let’s start with the part that releases in one day, Warlords: Supremacy, which arrives on May 12.

Warlords: Supremacy

The first part of Battlefield 6 Season 3, Warlords: Supremacy, releases on May 12, 2026, with a decent list of content. It features a new map, REDSEC ranked mode in BF Labs, weapons for both modes, and new attachments for both modes. The contents for Battlefield 6 Season 3 Warlords: Supremacy are as follows:

  • The new Railway to Golmud map: An iconic Battlefield map, revitalized and reimagined to become the biggest map in Battlefield 6 yet. The map features ruined villages, massive rolling landscapes of hills and valleys, and a close-quarters industrial site. The mix of close and long-range engagements is perfect for infantry, ground vehicles, jets, and helicopters.
  • The REDSEC Ranked mode in BF Labs: EA is testing the waters for a ranked mode for REDSEC with BF Labs. Hop into the testing playlist and rise through the ranks of the new leaderboard and earn permanent rewards. Not only can you prove that you and your squad are the best in REDSEC, but you can help secure the future of REDSEC Ranked.
  • The new weapons:
    • The M16A4: An iconic mid to short-mid range Battlefield assault rifle with fully automatic and burst-fire capabilities. And the best part is that it doesn’t come with any fancy bells and whistles by default; you can enjoy the carry handle iron sights to the fullest.
    • The RPK-74M: The RPK-74M is a modernized RPK-74 built for pressure, controllable handling, and dependable output at range. The RPK-74M arrives as another lighter alternative to the heavier LMGs in the Support player’s arsenal. It might weigh less than the already available RPK, chambered in 7.62 Soviet.
    • The L115: The L115 is a deadly bolt-action sniper rifle designed for long to very-long range combat. You may recognize the L115 as the people behind it also created the AWP, as seen in the Counter-Strike series. And with the chaotic nature of Battlefield, you might hit some crazier shots than in Counter-Strike.
  • The new attachments:
    • The Speed Holster Attachment: Judging by its name and icon, this attachment will help you to equip your weapon much quicker.
    • The Aftermarket Buffer: Judging by its name and icon, this new buffer tube attachment may help with recoil and handling.
    • The Burst Mode Attachment: Its name gives away its purpose of giving your weapon a new burst mode for more accuracy and ammo conservation.

Blastpoint

Battlefield 6 Season 3 Blastpoint releases on June 9, 2026, with yet another package of content for players. Unfortunately, information regarding this part of Season 3 is limited, so I’ll be going off of guesses and observations. The contents of Battlefield 6 Season 3 Blastpoint are as follows:

  • The new Cairo Bazaar map: Cairo Bazaar is an updated version of the classic Grand Bazaar map seen in Battlefield 3, Battlefield Hardline: Betrayal, and Battlefield Mobile. And if it’s anything like the Grand Bazaar in Battlefield 3, then you’re in for a CQB nightmare. So get your shotguns and SMGs ready.
  • The Obliteration mode: Information regarding this game mode is non-existent, but its name and icon provide context. Given its name and explosive icon, you might be in for a combustible treat. This event is for the standard Battlefield modes only, so REDSEC players won’t be able to participate, sadly.
  • The Explosive Charge limited-time event: Similar to the Obliteration game mode, information regarding this event is negligible. However, given the name of this part of the event and the name of the sub-season, it’s going to be an explosive event. This event is available for both standard Battlefield 6 and REDSEC.
  • The new weapon:
    • The PP-19 Vityaz: The PP-19 Vityaz, not to be confused with the PP-19 Bizon, is a submachine gun chambered in 9x19mm. Essentially, the Vityaz is an AK made into a submachine gun, and it should perform as reliably as a standard AK. Sadly, we won’t know how it performs until June 9, 2026.
  • The new gadget:
    • The Handheld Jammer: Judging by its name and looks, it seems that this new gadget is an ECM (Electronic Countermeasure) device. This gadget may counter drones and lock-on weapons, though that’s just a small guess; there could be many others.
  • The new attachments:
    • The 00 Buck Attachment: Judging by its name, this attachment is exclusive to shotguns, as it’s an ammunition attachment. 00 Buck is for hunting medium to large game or self-defense, and you’ll need to do a lot of that while in the field. Unfortunately, it’s currently unknown how this 00 Buck differs from other ammunition.
    • The Cryogenic Barrels: Since this attachment in the roadmap is plural, it’s safe to assume that multiple weapons will receive this attachment. However, I still don’t know what it will do in terms of performance. But this is a common theme for everything after Warlords: Supremacy.

High-Value Target

The third and last part of Battlefield 6 Season 3, High-Value Target, will release on June 30, 2026. Similar to the previous parts, this part also features a package of content for players to feast on. So without another wasted moment, the contents of the third and final part of Battlefield 6 Season 3, High-Value Target, are as follows:

  • The new Tactical Obliteration mode: Judging by its name, this mode is similar to the Obliteration mode. Though the tactical part of its name still confounds me, it could mean that this mode is a more hardcore version of Obliteration. As usual, we’ll have to wait for this mode to arrive to find out.
  • The new Casual Battle Royale REDSEC mode: This mode arrives as the polar opposite of the Ranked mode for REDSEC. However, similar to the previous entries, I have no idea how this differentiates itself from the other REDSEC modes. It could feature more lenient respawn mechanics, but we’ll have to wait to see.
  • The Wet Work limited-time event: Similar to the Explosive Charge event, this is a limited-time event for both standard Battlefield 6 and REDSEC. And similar to the previously mentioned event, I have no idea what it contains. So, we’ll have to wait for the event to release before we get an idea of what it’s about.
  • The new melee weapon:
    • The EOD Bot Arm: EOD Bot users rejoice, as you can finally live out your dreams of becoming an EOD Bot with this new melee weapon. You can swing away with your beloved EOD Bot’s arm with this melee weapon. However, it’s unknown if it’s any different from the other melee weapons.
  • The new attachments:
    • The Compensator Attachment: My guess about this upcoming attachment is that it will function similarly to Compensators from other games. If my theory is correct, then the upcoming attachment will reduce more horizontal recoil than vertical recoil. Unfortunately, we’ll have to wait and see.
    • The Subsonic Rounds Attachment: Similar to the upcoming Compensator attachment, we can guess what the Subsonic Rounds will do. In theory, these rounds will reduce your mini-map signature and will reduce the sound of your gunshots. As always, we’ll have to wait and see.

Is That All Of The Content For Battlefield 6 Season 3?

That is indeed all for the contents of Battlefield 6 Season 3, save for the multiple missing details. Though that’s par for the course, sadly, so we’ll have to muster up a bit of patience to find out what those entries have in store for us. Until those pieces of content come out, we still have a good amount of content to experience in Battlefield 6 Season 3.

So enough reading, gear up and ready up, soldier, because I’d better see you on that objective or you’re dead meat!
