And of course, these abilities get better depending on the build you make for Billy in Deadlock.
The Punk Weapons And Abilities Of Billy In Deadlock

Billy in Deadlock features close-range oriented abilities and weapons that complement his punk rock nature. But as always, you must be careful not to rush into things you can’t get out of. Now, without further ado, the weapons and abilities of Billy in Deadlock are as follows:
Biquette
Billy the punk demonic goat carries his trusty submachine gun to riddle a few holes in his enemies. Biquette holds 30 rounds and fires at a blistering 11.8 bullets a second, and each bullet deals 6.5 damage. With that in mind, Biquette deals 76 DPS (Damage Per Second).
Bashdown
Billy uses his bat to slam it into the ground, pulling down airborne enemies and dealing 50 melee damage. The slam also creates a shockwave that flings enemies up and deals 40 spirit damage. A perfect ability to knock any enemy on their butts, leaving them exposed for a flurry of attacks from Billy.
The first upgrade for Bashdown decreases its cooldown time by 10 seconds, reducing it to 25 seconds. The second upgrade enhances its effect radius by 1.3 meters, increasing it to 5.8 meters. And the third and final upgrade for Bashdown gives it 60% of heavy melee damage, giving it 70 damage.
Rising Ram
Using the goat head of his, Billy charges headfirst into his enemies and sends them flying into the air. Rising Ram is another powerful ability that knocks Billy’s enemies around and right onto their butts. Perfect for stopping mobile characters in their tracks, just be sure not to miss, or pay the price.
The first upgrade for Rising Ram decreases its cooldown by 50%, but only if Billy can hit his target. The second upgrade gives an increase of 25% in weapon damage for five seconds, on Rising Ram impact. The final upgrade increases the spirit damage by 6% of Billy’s max health, so more max health means more damage.
Blasted
Blasted has both an active and passive use for Billy in Deadlock, both of which grant him an advantage in the fight. The passive makes melee hits restore ammo and inflict wrecked, light melee halve the effect. Wrecked debuffs enemies by decreasing their fire rate by 15% for seven seconds, making them deal less DPS.
The active version of Blasted enhances your weapons’ damage against wrecked enemies, and the duration is extendable with weapon damage.
Blasted melee hits give Billy an increase in max health with each hit for 11 seconds. And with various upgrades, both versions can become even stronger.
The first upgrade increases Billy’s movement speed while under the influence of Blasted by 1.75 meters per second. The second upgrade increases the damage against wrecked enemies by 5%, for a total of 14% while using Blasted. The second upgrade also gives Billy a charge of Bashdown if it’s run out.
The last upgrade for Blasted increases the amount of max health gained from Blasted melee by 65, now totalling 130.
Chain Gang
Billy chains nearby enemies to his bat and stops them from running away while buffed by bullet and spirit resistance. And if they try, they’ll receive a slow effect when they pull on the chain, leaving them more vulnerable. After a short duration, Billy then yanks everyone to him and deals 150 damage.
The first upgrade for Chain Gang decreases its cooldown by 25 seconds, leaving it with a cooldown of 125 seconds. The second upgrade increases Billy’s spirit and bullet resistance by 15%, totalling 30% for both. The third upgrade adds 100 more spirit damage when he pulls the chain, making it deal 250 spirit damage.
The final upgrade also grants Billy Unstoppable for two seconds. Unstoppable temporarily grants Billy immunity to Stun, Silence, Sleep, Root, and Disarm status effects.
