Reading Time: 3 minutes

The Servants of Freedom Warbond arrived in Helldivers 2 on February 6, 2024, with a single goal in mind. And that one goal was to show every Helldiver what true devotion to democracy looks like. But how does one achieve such devotion, and what does it take to become a vessel for democracy?

The Servants of Freedom Warbond is the tenth premium Warbond to release in Helldivers 2. It holds powerful items that would strike fear into even the fiercest enemy on the battlefield. So, do you have what it takes to wield these righteous weapons and don armor fit for servants of freedom?

The Blessed Items In The Servants Of Freedom Warbond In Helldivers 2

Helldivers 2 Servants of Freedom Double Edged

The Servants of Freedom Warbond contains many items of extreme proportions to squash any heretic. And although these weapons seem absurd and dangerous, they are exceptional at their jobs of extermination. The perilous items in question are as follows:

  • The LAS-17 Double-Edge Sickle: A LAS-16 Sickle that’s been stripped of its overheating protections, allowing for longer sustained fire. Unfortunately, this comes at a cost of burning the user, but with higher heat comes higher damage and penetration.
  • The GP-20 Ultimatum: A pistol firing a single heavy front-loaded warhead. The Ultimatum trades ammo capacity for unmatched damage and crowd-control abilities with its large AOE (Area Of Effect). The damage of a single warhead can demolish any enemy on the battlefield, though bigger enemies require more precision.
  • The G-50 Seeker: A G-16 Impact grenade strapped to a drone that orbits the user until an enemy is detected. Once a target has come into view, it will then fly to the target and detonate. If there is no target within 30 seconds of orbiting, the drone will fall out of the air harmlessly.
  • The IE-3 Martyr: A medium armor set modeled after the statue of Mournful Liberty, which weeps over the existence of tyranny. The wearers of this armor shall give their lives if it means to dry her tears. This armor features the Integrated Explosives armor passive.
  • The IE-12 Righteous: A medium armor set modeled after the statues of Judicious Liberty, which keep a watchful eye on every citizen’s lives. The servitors who don this armor pledge to protect everything that we hold dear to the extreme. This armor also features the Integrated Explosives armor passive.
  • The Integrated Explosives Armor Passive: This armor passive configures the armor to explode 1.5 seconds after the wearer dies. It also increases the amount of throwables in your inventory by two.
  • The B-100 Portable Hellbomb: A Hellbomb that fits into the compact and wearable form of a backpack. Both the user and their allies can arm the Hellbomb, which then starts a 10-second countdown. Servants can drop the Portable Hellbomb before or after it’s armed, like any other backpack.

The Servants of Freedom Warbond also contains a myriad of cosmetics, similar to previous Warbonds. These cosmetics include capes, player cards, player titles, and emotes for increased dedication to managed democracy. And once a Helldiver pledges their faith to the golden throne of freedom, the items in this Warbond will be perfect for those who serve.

Is The Servants Of Freedom Warbond Worth The Pledge?

Despite the vicious bite the Servants of Freedom Warbond has on its user, it’s enormously potent against their adversaries. Thus, it requires utmost faith in managed democracy for the potency of these sacred tools to shine. And as long as your faithfulness is firm, Lady Liberty shall protect her devotees as best she can.

In summary, the Servants of Freedom Warbond possesses many powerful weapons perfect for the devoted followers of freedom. Weapons that can defeat even the biggest of foes in the palm of a Helldiver’s hand. So take that plunge today and commit yourself to the God Emp- Lady Liberty and all that she stands for, Helldiver!
