A new project has arrived for our beloved Raiders, and it’s the Arc Raiders Phantom Targets project. This project comes straight from Shani, as she’s been picking up strange, incomprehensible noise coming from her radars, and she can’t even tell where it’s coming from. That’s why she’s calling upon the brave Raiders to help her figure out what it is.
However, it won’t be an easy task; you’ll have to follow a few instructions from Shani to complete the Arc Raiders Phantom Targets project. And while many of you may have already clocked what to do, there are still those who need help. And what better way to show humanity’s community than by helping our fellow Raiders with this new task?
How To Complete The First Part Of Arc Raiders Phantom Targets Part One
The first part of the Arc Raiders Phantom Targets project is already here, and it features three stages that you’ll have to complete. We’ll be taking a look at the first stage for Phantom Projects Part One, which requires you to upgrade three cargo elevator antennas. And it’s completely understandable why you can’t figure out what this requires you to do.
While many of you call the various methods of extraction “extract” or “hatch”, they do have their own unique names. But the only thing you’ll have to remember is the cargo elevator extract, which is the extract type on Dam Battlegrounds and Space Port. With that said, it’s probably already clicked in your head what you have to do.
However, if you still need a bit of guidance, then let’s keep going with this guide. Once you set foot on one of the two mentioned maps, you’ll want to make your way to the nearest extract point, which is where you’ll spot the antenna in question. And when you get close enough to the antenna on top of the extract, it will prompt you to upgrade it.
After interacting with the prompt, it may still be there after the bar is filled, but don’t fret; you’ve already upgraded it. It confused me a bit when I tried figuring this one out by myself, but after you interact with the first antenna, you can move on to the next one. After upgrading all of your required antennas, you can safely claim your rewards at home.
Oh, and another thing: you don’t have to survive or complete this in one run, so let out that tense breath.
What Do I Get For Completing The First Part Of Arc Raiders Phantom Targets Part One?
After completing the first stage of the Arc Raiders Phantom Targets Part One project, you’ll receive three epic tier items. These items are an Aggressive MK. 3 Combat Augment, a Heavy Shield, and a Vita Spray. Of course, completing the first part also unlocks the second stage of this project, which contains even better rewards.

But you may also need a bit of patience, as I have to figure it out for myself and then write the guide; I’m only human after all, as are all of you. So, now that you know what to do, get back on the surface and help Shani figure out what this mysterious presence is.
