Wuthering Waves Phrolova leaks have started to surface on the web. She was first seen in the Main Quest Ominous Star in Chapter I: Act III. Phrolova is one of Fractsidus’ members and who went to Jinzhou alongside Scar. She was responsible for the Tacet Discord outbreaks in Jinzhou.
With the version 2.0, Phrolova is seen again in the Main Quest of Rinascita.

Additionally, leaks from a user called ISRUKRENG on Reddit have suggested that Phrolova will be playing a major role in the version 2.0 Main Quest and the later versions as the primary antagonist. However, there are no confirmations about the exact release version of Phrolova. Also, Phrolova’s kit and weapon type are also currently unknown, so players have to be patient to know more about her.
More recent leaks from a user called KarlSQuent on Reddit, have revealed that Cantarella who is a 5-star Havoc healer and buffer, will be Phrolova’s exclusive partner. So, from this information players can expect that Phrolova can be released as a 5-star Havoc Main DPS.
The exact release date of Phrolova still remains unconfirmed, but her latest leaks strongly indicate that her debut as a 5-star character is not far away. As a 5-star Havoc Resonator, she is expected to be a great character whom players will be enjoying for sure.
