Wuthering Waves: Tower of Adversity reset is here. This time, players will get a whole month to complete it. Players can build their characters before entering the battles and get all the rewards.
Wuthering Waves: Tower of Adversity provides amazing end-game content for players who want to test their teams, characters, and builds. It is one of the best ways to test a character’s maximum damage output. With the new update, players can enjoy both gameplay and rewards.
Wuthering Waves: Tower of Adversity Zones and Teams
Wuthering Waves: Tower of Adversity reset was on 4th February, and players have already started playing it. Tower of Adversity’s Hazard Zone has three different towers. These towers are Resonant Tower, Hazard Tower, and Echoing Tower. Each Tower has a different type of elemental buff to defeat enemies.
Resonant Tower
In the current Tower of Adversity reset, Resonant Tower’s recommended elemental preference is Spectro, as enemies’ Spectro Resistance is reduced by 10%. Therefore, it is preferred for payers to build a Spectro DPS-based team to get maximum output and rewards. Resonant Tower has four different floors of difficulty. The enemy’s level in this Tower starts from level 70 and goes up to level 90.
Jinshi is one of the top picks to clear Resonant Tower. She is one of the strongest Spectro-DPS available in the game. Her best supports for the f2p team are Verina and Yuanwu. Players can also replace Yuanwi with Zhezhi.
Another f2p-friendly team will be the Spctro-Resonator. He is one of the best free options for players who don’t have Jinshi. The Spectro-Resonator is not as powerful as Jinshi, but he/she can clear all floors if built correctly.
Phoebe is an upcoming Spectro-DPS. Players can wait for the next version update for her banner to come. She is very powerful, and her Ultimate attack acts like a nuke with a high damage output. Players who don’t have Jinshi can get Phoebe and clear Resonant Tower in the Tower of Adversity Wuthering Waves.
Echoing Tower
Echoing Tower is similar to Resonant Tower. The only difference is with the Elemental preference and the type of enemies. Enemies in this tower have a 10% decrease in Fusion Resistance. Therefore, it is preferred for players to use Fusion-based teams to clear all the floors of this tower.
Encore is the only Fusion-DPS available in Wuthering Waves. Her best team will include Verina and Motefi. Mortefi is a 4-star Fusion support character who can pair up with Encore and increase Fusion damage application on enemies.
Hazard Tower
Hazard Tower is the toughest tower in the Hazard Zone of Tower of Adversity. It only has two floors, and each floor has an end-game boss of level 100. The preferred Elements for this tower are Spectro and Electro because enemies’ damage resistance is reduced against these elements.
The top Spectro characters for Hazard Zone are Jinshi, Phoebe(upcoming character), and Spectro Resonator. At the same time, the best Electro character for this tower will be Xiangli Yao. He is one of the most powerful and easy-to-play DPS available in the game. Wuthering Waves gave Xiangli Yao as a gift to all the players in Version 1.2.
Players can also use Calcharo as their main Electro-DPS if they don’t have Xiangli Yao. Calcharo is also a very good character. His play style is a little bit tough to understand, and his damage output is less than other DPS characters. But with proper character build and character rotation, players can clear Hazard Tower with ease.
Wuthering Waves Tower of Adversity is a fun game mode with great rewards. And with the changes in the game reset time, plates can easily get all the rewards that it offers. Wuthering Waves is also adding another weekly event in the upcoming Version 2.1. Players will now have more weekly and monthly events to farm Astrites (in-game currency).
