The REPO 0.3.0 monster update arrived on October 30, 2025, just a day before the spookiest day of the year. Despite its early arrival, the latest REPO update is still just as spooky with its new content additions. But how does it compare to the previous updates that Semiwork developed for REPO?

The REPO 0.3.0 monster update is REPO’s second major update since its launch on February 26, 2025. The first update for REPO arrived on June 26, 2025, which brought a new level and several other new mechanics. And the latest update adds just as much content as the first update, so let’s see what the REPO 0.3.0 monster update contains.

The Contents Of The REPO 0.3.0 Monster Update

As the name suggests, the main attraction of the REPO 0.3.0 monster update is the new monsters. In fact, this update adds 10 new horrifying creatures, along with other additions, of course. But let’s start with the main attraction, the new monsters that will haunt you and your friends throughout your journey.

The 10 new monsters inflate the monster roster up to a whopping 29 monsters in REPO. Although that number may seem overwhelming, each creature is very distinct, so learning and remembering what they do isn’t a challenge. The following 10 new monsters of the REPO 0.3.0 monster update are:

• Bella: A tricycle with the spirit of a child, make sure not to anger it, because after three rings of its bell, you’ll be road kill.

• Birthday Boy: A birthday boy with a love for balloons, and he shares this love by placing them everywhere. But if you pop one of his balloons, he’ll hunt you down. You wouldn’t want someone popping your balloons now, would you?

• Elsa: An adorable puppy that wants pets, and if it doesn’t get it, pee stains aren’t the only thing you’ll worry about.

• Tick: A hideous tick with a human face that will latch onto you to drain your health. Be sure to swiftly knock it away when it sticks to you before it completely drains your health. You can also avoid the Tick if your stealth is good enough.

• Gambit: A creature that leaves your life to the fate of the wheel in its head. The Gambit grabs you and spins a wheel; whatever its tongue lands on is the fate that you’ll succumb to.

• Headgrab: A vicious goblin that relentlessly attacks any Semibot before running away. If the Headgrab encounters the head of a dead Semibot, it will grab onto it to gain a faster attack speed.

• Oogly: A flying poltergeist that patrols an area with a bright search light. The Oogly will grab any Semibot that gets under its light and violently fling it around the area.

• Cleanup Crew: This repulsive creature roams the level on foot and attacks any Semibot on sight. The Cleanup Crew attacks by throwing one of its heads towards its victim, which explodes after a few seconds. The explosion leaves behind a cloud of radiation that damages anything in its area.

• Loom: A towering behemoth that locks onto a target and relentlessly pursues that target until they are dead. The player can escape by making the Loom unsuccessfully attack five times or staying somewhere high above.

The REPO 0.3.0 monster update also introduces a couple of new mechanics for players to use. Players can now talk to their teammates even if they’re dead. Once dead, players gain a rechargeable battery that allows them to move and speak for the duration of their battery. Thus, it lets you communicate with your team in the realm of the dead.

This update also introduces a new upgrade called the Tumble Climb upgrade for the Semibots. This upgrade enables players to grab onto the environment while in the tumble form, thus allowing players to move around as a truncated bot. However, this upgrade requires stamina to use, so be cautious when using this in areas of great heights.
