No More Room in Hell 2 1.0 is finally in view after two years in early access development. But two years of development for the sequel to one of the gems of the zombie survival genre certainly won’t be the end; it’ll hopefully be the beginning. And with its 1.0 release, there will also be an update to commemorate its leave from early access.
In fact, this update will be the largest one for No More Room in Hell 2 since its early access release. Not only will it receive an update, but it’ll also launch on PlayStation and Xbox upon its 1.0 release on August 11, 2026. With that said, let’s see what you can expect on the 1.0 release on August 11, 2026.
What To Expect On The Release Of No More Room In Hell 2 1.0
Upon the 1.0 release of No More Room in Hell 2, players on all platforms can experience the new Armageddon update. This update is the largest one for the game so far, and we’ll hopefully see even bigger and better updates once the game reaches 1.0. The upcoming update adds new modes, features, maps, and much more.
In fact, we only got a small sneak peek at what’s coming in the update, with more coming as we get closer to its release. But if we go off of what we already have, then this update is going to be quite large, though the developers did warn us. And as mentioned, console players will also get to experience this update, so listen up.
The currently known additions of the Armageddon update are as follows:

- New Weekly Assignments

And as I said, this is just a taste of what’s to come; we’ll get more details as the days grow closer. Sadly, we’re stuck with what we know for now, but we aren’t too far away from the release date. So, the wait won’t be as agonizingly long compared to other releases; I’m looking at you, Warhammer 40K Warbond.
