The Overwatch class subrole passives arrived alongside a new hero roster and a near-complete overhaul of Overwatch 2. And the number of changes with the new season has completely overwhelmed players, stunned, one could say. Sharpshooter
The Sharpshooter subrole places itself in the hands of heroes who benefit from clicking heads the most. The Sharpshooter subrole’s passive reduces the cooldown of movement abilities with every critical hit, AKA a headshot. The heroes that receive this subrole and its passive are:

Flanker
The Flanker subrole is ideal for players who love ambushing their foes before slipping back into the background. The Flanker’s passive increases the amount of health heroes with the Flanker subrole receive from health packs. The heroes who receive this subrole are:

Specialist
The Specialist subrole rewards its featured heroes for getting kills by increasing their lethality. It does this by boosting Specialist heroes’ reload speeds after getting an elimination, thus allowing them to get more kills quicker. The heroes with this subrole are:

Recon

The Support Role
Arguably, the most underappreciated role in many games, according to their communities, is the support role. The support role is the backbone of a team comp, providing heals and buffs to their team and or debuffing the enemy. And they do this for their entire team, a back-breaking job, some might say, but it’s a whole lot easier with the subroles.
The Support Subroles And Their Passives
Tactician
The Tactician subrole specializes in ultimates, the game-changing and sometimes game-winning ability of the heroes of Overwatch. The Tactician subrole further improves your ultimate by allowing you to store an extra quarter of your charge after gaining the first charge. The heroes who have the Tactician subrole are:

- Jetpack Cat
- Lucio
- Zenyatta
Medic
The Medic subrole enables support heroes to stay in the fight longer, all while being in the middle of it. The Medic subrole does this by granting heroes with the Medic subrole the ability to heal themselves while healing their teammates. The heroes with this subrole are:

Survivor
The Survivor subrole helps heroes stay alive for longer while they disengage from a losing or lost fight. Heroes with this subrole activate their health regeneration when they use their movement ability. The heroes with this subrole and its passive are:
