The ExfilZone 3rd wipe update has finally arrived on December 22, 2025, just three days before Christmas. But don’t worry, this update lets its players open up gifts early with its new content without the danger of a murderous Furby. Unfortunately, as it is a wipe, your progress is completely reset; this shouldn’t come as a surprise to Tarkov vets.
The ExfilZone 3rd wipe update introduces new weapons, a map rework, game mechanics, and much more. Although the wipe to your progress hurts, it allows you to experience the content with a fresh perspective. With that in mind, let’s explore the latest update for ExfilZone and see what it has to offer.
The Contents Of The ExfilZone 3rd Wipe Update
The ExfilZone 3rd wipe update obviously introduces the wipe alongside new weapons, map improvements, and game mechanics. These changes and additions are just as exciting as the next, with each one providing fresh new gameplay. And to start us off, let’s look at the weapons, my personal favorite additions.
For those of you who love Slavic weapons, the weapons I’m about to list are certainly up your alley. The new guns added are the SVD, VSS, AS Val, SR-3M, and the M1928 SMG (AKA the Tommy gun, Chicago Typewriter, and Trench Broom). Any avid gun enthusiast will realize that these guns all originate from Russia, except for the famous Tommy gun.
All of the mentioned weapons have a large set of new attachments and ammo types for customization. These weapons will hopefully provide more options for long-range, mid-range, and close-quarters combat. On the topic of gear, let’s move along to the Quick Loadout system added by the ExfilZone 3rd wipe update.

Put together your kit at the armor loadout station and save it so you can instantly purchase what you need for your next raid.
Once you’ve readied up for your raid, consider exploring the new and improved Dam map. Caveman Studio has significantly changed the map with reworked terrain, points of interest, and navigational flow. You may also notice the new map locations, such as Turbine Field, Lumberyard, and Crash Site.
