- The UF-16 Inspector: A light armor with the same passive as the UF-50 Bloodhound, with the included extra armor and marker radar scans that work the same way as the scout armor passive.
- The Dead Sprint booster: A booster that allows Helldivers to continue running with no stamina, at the cost of draining their health. The Vitality Enhancement booster works well with this booster; it increases your health, thus allowing you to dead sprint further.

While the Terminids also have medium armor, they focus on horde tactics rather than the infantry of the Automatons and Illuminate. While the Illuminate do have horde tactics, they still operate with the medium armor infantry known as Overseers. Thus, allowing the Truth Enforcers’ equipment to still perform well with the Illuminates.
