Helldivers 2 Masters of Ceremony Warbond: Champions Of The Parade

Reading Time: 3 minutes

The Masters of Ceremony Warbond in Helldivers 2 gives the loyal citizens of Super Earth a moment of reprieve. A reprieve from the increasingly dire war was greatly needed, as citizen morale had reached an all-time low. But thanks to the “Masters of Ceremony”, our loyal voters get to attend grand parades to improve their morale.

The Masters of Ceremony Warbond marched down the streets and into the hearts of our citizens on May 15, 2025. And in good time, since the Illuminate Great Host fleet had begun its destructive path to Super Earth days prior. But is the Masters of Ceremony Warbond viable in combat, or is it just fireworks and confetti?

The Masters of Ceremony Warbond contains the usual assortment of gear for the Helldivers. These include the standard items in other Warbonds, such as weapons, armor, cosmetics, and more. The ceremonial items of the Masters of Ceremony warbond are as follows:

  • The R-2 Amendment: A ceremonial rifle with an attached bayonet for close-quarters combat. This rifle can fire in single and three-round bursts, which helps to conserve your limited 20-round magazine. And despite it being a ceremonial rifle, it still packs quite the punch, but lacks penetration.
  • The CQC-2 Saber: A one-handed ceremonial sword used in parades, sabrage, and most importantly, combat. The Saber has the same damage and medium penetration as the Stun Lance and Tomahawk. And its uniqueness comes from its attack speed being between the two.
  • The G-142 Pyrotech: A repurposed firework that showers the area in anti-tank sparks before exploding. And said sparks will light any foe on fire, even heavily armored enemies like the Automaton Tank.
  • The RE-2310 Honorary Guard: A traditional medium armor set that has remained unchanged since time immemorial. It features the Reinforced Epaulettes armor passive.
  • The RE-1861 Parade Commander: A light armor set awarded to those promoted to their point of most remarkable competency, and beyond. It features the Reinforced Epaulettes armor passive.
  • The Reinforced Epaulettes Armor Passive: This armor passive increases reload speeds of magazine weapons by 30% and melee damage by 50%. It also gives a 50% chance of avoiding grievous limb injury.
  • The Sample Scanner Booster: The Sample Scanner Booster gives samples a 15% chance to double upon being picked up.
  • The CQC-1 One True Flag: The eternal colors of Super Earth in the form of a spear. This stratagem functions exactly like the Stun Lance with the bonus of being in the support weapon slot. Thus freeing up your secondary.
  • The Lockstep Emote: The first emote to allow its user to move while performing its march. It is also affected by the Saber and One True Flag, changing its animation if equipped.

As flashy as the items in the Masters of Ceremony Warbond are, they are still very effective as tools for freedom. Meaning that while elevating the morale of our citizens, a Helldiver can protect them as well. This Warbond comes with the usual capes, player cards, and player titles seen in plenty of other Warbonds.
