What You Need To Know About Helldivers 2 Coming To Xbox
On July 3, 2025, an announcement stream hosted by Arrowhead revealed to the world that Helldivers 2 was coming to Xbox. Along with the quote by Johan Pilestedt, “One of the requests that you’ve always had was for us to send more dudes. And the best way for us to be able to do that is to bring another platform into the fight.”.
Without a doubt, the quote by Johan shares the community’s desire to unite all platforms under one flag, the Super Earth flag. The community’s desire for a unified community across platforms started on the game’s release, on February 8, 2024. On August 26, 2025, the community’s wishes will finally come true as Helldivers 2 will be arriving on Xbox.
With the inclusion of the new platform, there could be over 500 million recruits for the Helldivers. After receiving the news, the Helldivers sprang into action with a new Major Order to liberate Terminid-infested planets. The purpose of the Major Order is to make more space for new top-of-the-line training facilities for the coming recruits.
Along with the new facilities, the order will also help provide live fire Terminid targets for the recruits. Both the developers and existing Helldivers are excited for their new brothers in arms. And while the clock ticks down to the release of Helldivers 2 on Xbox, Helldivers will work diligently to supply recruits with excellent training facilities.

Helldivers 2 on Xbox currently has two pre-order options until the official release. The pre-orders consist of the Standard Edition and the Super Citizen Edition, which contain the base game along with extra content.
