Battlefield 6 Season 4 is a day away, and we already have a roadmap to follow throughout the newest Season. The roadmap details the contents of the three content drops coming in Season 4 in July, August, and September. While most players will only focus on the first content drop coming in just a day, it’s still good to stay informed about the rest.

Obviously, the first content drop of Battlefield 6 Season 4 will arrive on July 21, 2026, so you won’t have to wait for too long. And most players will only focus on the first content drop, but the two other content drops are also filled with some exciting features. So, let’s take a look at what Season 4 has for us.

The Contents Of Battlefield 6 Season 4

Battlefield 6 Season 4 has its content drops split up into three sections spanning three months. The first content drop will arrive on July 21, 2026, and the rest will arrive on August 18, 2026, and September 15, 2026. Let’s first take a look at the content drop arriving on July 21, 2026, and we’ll go on from there.

Pacific Front, Arriving July 21, 2026

The first content drop we’ll receive in Battlefield 6 Season 4 is Pacific Front, arriving on July 21, 2026. This part of Battlefield 6 Season 4 introduces a new map, vehicles, weapons, and a whole plethora of other content. It’s also no surprise that Pacific Front sets players up for this Season’s main attraction, the new naval gameplay.

The contents of Battlefield 6 Season 4 Pacific Front are as follows:

• The Brand-New Tsuru Reef Map: A map featuring a cluster of islands surrounded by water and full of luxury bungalows, tropical vegetation, and jagged cliff edges. It also enters the map pool (get it?) as Battlefield 6’s largest map.
• The New Vehicles:
  • The 7.7M NSW RHIB: A Light Transport Boat with two passenger seats, a driver seat, and a gunner seat, which can use the .50 cal HMG. Fun fact: the RHIB used to only exist in REDSEC, but with Season 4, Multiplayer will also get it.
  • The New RCB-90: An armored Patrol Boat that acts as an IFV of the sea with its arsenal of 120mm mortar rounds, 30mm autocannon rounds, and missiles. Not only that, but you can customize its loadout however you like, and you can use it as a mobile spawner when beaching it.
• The REDSEC Ranked Rewards Update: REDSEC Ranked is going to get new Ranked rewards in Battlefield 6 Season 4, so get ready to earn your keep this Season.
• The New Weapons:
  • The New EF88 Assault Rifle: The classic Austrian AUG with an Australian flair arrives in Battlefield 6 as a new option for mid to long-range combat.
  • The New Brod 3 Carbine: A brand new aggressive, versatile, and highly-customizable carbine built for close to mid-range combat.
  • The New VSSM Marksman Rifle: The famous Russian DMR makes an appearance in the new Season as the game’s first integrally suppressed DMR. You can take out targets from a distance in absolute silence with single fire or swap to full auto for close encounters.
• The New Attachments:
  • The New 4″ Shotgun Barrel Extension: A barrel extension attachment for single-barreled shotguns that trades aim-down-sight speed and some mobility for increased projectile velocity.
  • The New 1p68 LPVO: A variable sight with 1.5x and 4.5x magnifications.

If you think the name of this Season’s second phase sounds like it’s trying to reveal something, then you’d be right. On August 18, 2026, you’ll be surprised to see not only more content, but you’ll get to see the Top Gun: Maverick crossover coming in Battlefield 6 Season 4. But let’s not get ahead of ourselves; we’ll get there when we get there, so don’t worry.

The contents of Battlefield 6 Season 4 Top Gun are as follows:

• The Return Of The Wake Island Map: An iconic map from Battlefield 1942 makes yet another return with a fresh coat of paint for modern audiences.
• The Limited Time Top Gun Event:
  • The Top Gun Carrier Strike Mode For Multiplayer: A mode that requires your team’s air, land, and sea forces to work in overdrive to destroy the enemy’s aircraft carrier before they destroy yours.
  • The Top Gun Fighter Sweep Mode For REDSEC Gauntlet: Soar the skies with your Goose in this jet-only mode and take down the enemy squadron coming your way.
• The New Aircraft Carrier REDSEC POI: REDSEC players can explore a new POI on the map, and it’s a massive burning aircraft carrier, the same one you’ll encounter in the new Carrier Strike mode.
• The New Vehicles:
  • The F/A-81F Super Spectre: A new two-seater fighter jet based on the Boeing F/A-18F Super Hornet.
  • The F-74A Seacat: Yet another two-seater fighter jet for the latest Season in Battlefield 6, based on the F-14A Tomcat.
• The New Interdictor Sniper Rifle: Season 4 Top Gun introduces Battlefield 6’s longest-range sniper rifle into the infantry arsenal, unlockable from the Top Gun limited-time event.
• The Tsuru Reef Map Expansion: As if Tsuru Reef isn’t big enough, Season 4 Top Gun introduces an expansion nearly a month after its first release. This expansion broadens its borders and introduces playable aircraft carriers. In fact, you’ll be on this map when playing the Carrier Strike mode from the Top Gun limited-time event.
• The New Spectator Mode And Custom Lobbies: Season 4 Top Gun introduces new tools for content creators and competition hosts in the form of spectator mode and custom lobbies. Anyone can set up games and organize them in Battlefield Portal when it drops. Hosts can then spectate these matches for either casual viewing or commentary.
• The New Attachments:
  • The Canted Vertical Grip: Available for most LMGs, this grip provides moderate improvements to hip-fire accuracy and weapon draw speed.
  • The Hybrid Suppressor: A suppressor and muzzle brake combination with several variants that provide recoil reduction and spotting mitigation. The L variant is the least expensive and reduces hip-fire accuracy, weapon sway, and draw speed, while the S variant only affects hip-fire accuracy. The K variant has no downsides, except for your weapon’s wallet.

Tidal Strike, Arriving September 15, 2026

Unfortunately, information on the last part of Battlefield 6 Season 4 is sparse, but more will come as Season 4 plays out. But the roadmap does give us a decent idea of what’s coming in the final content drop for Season 4. As I said, there won’t be much information, so get ready for some bare-bones reports.

The contents of Battlefield 6 Season 4 Tidal Strike are as follows:

• The Deep Six Collection Event: A collection event full of challenges for you to complete and earn various rewards, like the new Royal Navy Dive Knife melee weapon.
• The Phantom Program Challenge For REDSEC: A new challenge arises in Season 4 Tidal Strike, where the best must gather intel to reconstruct a powerful access code and take advantage of Fort Lyndon’s security system.
• The New Proximity Chat Test In BF Labs: A new test arrives in BF Labs with Season 4 Tidal Strike, and it features proximity chat. It’s unknown if it’s local proxy chat or team-wide proxy chat, but I really hope it’s the former.
