The Blade and Sorcery Khar-Tib update has arrived, and fans are yet again begging to give their money to the developers. The latest free update introduces a whole new faction into the mix, along with their respective weapons and equipment. And fans are mad once more that they can support the developers no further than by purchasing the game.
The Blade and Sorcery Khar-Tib update arrived on July 6, 2026, with a horde of content that left the community with their jaws dropped. In addition to the new faction and its contents, this update includes a couple of other features. Though these features definitely get overshadowed by the new faction, it’s not hard to see why.
What The Blade And Sorcery Khar-Tib Update Features
The Blade and Sorcery Khar-Tip update is part three of a four-part update, called the Byeth update. The Byeth update, or updates, expand the game by introducing cannon elements of Blade and Sorcery’s lore into the game. To put it simply, these updates add various factions of Blade and Sorcery’s world into the game for you to interact with.
And the latest part of the Byeth update introduces the Khar-Tib, a desert nation east of Eraden and across the Khemenet Sea. The Khar-Tib are known for their blazing sands, unorthodox weaponry, and unique armour crafting. Their equipment isn’t the only thing that accompanies them; they also feature maps and a dedicated OST.
Interestingly, the new map for the Khar-Tib includes interactables for you to use. These include buttons to activate floor spike traps and a working ballista that automatically reloads and adjusts to your height. Speaking of maps, the sandbox side of the game also gets a few new maps for you to play on.
The Blade and Sorcery Khar-Tib update introduces 10 new arena maps for you to play on, and they all once belonged to the dungeons. These 10 maps came from the Outpost and Dalgarian dungeons, which were once exclusive to their modes. But thanks to the recent update, you can finally fight endless foes in these beautiful maps without the need for mods.
