The Arc Raiders Flashpoint update is here, and it brings a host of exciting additions for our beloved Raiders. However, the humans aren’t the only ones getting some new toys to play with; several Raiders have reported new ARCs in the area. But with the new toys that Raiders can get their hands on, these shiny new tin cans will turn into rust buckets in no time.
The Arc Raiders Flashpoint update arrived for players on March 31, 2026, and Raiders across Speranza can enjoy its contents. But what are the contents of the latest update exactly, and how will they play in the chaotic landscape of the Rust Belt? Well, that’s exactly what we’re going to get into, so let’s not waste time any further and get right into it.
The Shocking Contents Of The Arc Raiders Flashpoint Update

The Arc Raiders Flashpoint update features content for both Raider and ARC alike, which means it’s an equal fight for both sides. So, the real question is, which side can utilize their resources better? Let’s see the resources in question first, and we’ll start with what the Raiders have in the latest update.
The Contents For The Raiders
The New Gear
The first resource in the Arc Raiders Flashpoint update that the Raiders can utilize is the new weapons and equipment they can use to combat the ARCs. The new weapons in the Arc Raiders Flashpoint update are the Canto SMG and the Dolabra energy shotgun. The Raiders also get a new piece of deployable equipment called the Surge Coil.
The Canto SMG uses medium ammunition to combat ARCs and other Raiders in close-quarters combat. The Dolabra is an energy shotgun with a variable choke that lets you fire in both a wide burst and a focused bolt of electricity. Lastly, the Surge Coil is a deployable that shocks anything that comes into its orbit.
The New Hideout Improvements
Having new tools to fight the ARCs out in the Rust Belt greatly helps, but some would say that the real battle is at home. Thankfully, the Arc Raiders Flashpoint update also has that covered, as it improves a couple of hideout mechanics to improve your home life. Hopefully, the battle against the several menus of crafting is finally over, or at least better.
The first of the two additions to help with the hideout is the new crafting improvement to help you with the cluttered crafting mess. When missing materials for a craft, instead of navigating through a maze of UI elements, it’s all done in a simple menu. The menu allows you to either recycle other items for the material or purchase the missing material directly.
The second and last improvement to the hideout is the new boost that Scrappy can receive if you feed him well. You can increase the types of loot Scrappy collects by feeding him specific things that you can find on the surface. He’ll also collect various valuables for you, but only if you can consistently feed him; no one wants to be on an empty stomach.
The New High Gain Antenna Project
During hurricanes, many Raiders have noticed strange flying crafts coursing through the darkened skies. And this has caught the attention of Celeste and Shani, because where did these crafts come from, but more importantly, where are they going? To get to the bottom of this, Celeste and Shani will ask you to help them set up a High Gain Antenna.
Of course, they’ll greatly reward you for your efforts, but helping humanity in defeating the ARCs is a reward in and of itself, no?
The Contents For The ARCs
The New ARC Operations Map Condition
New ARC probes have appeared, called Assessors, and Celeste wants to know what they’re doing. Raiders, on the other hand, want what’s inside them, so prying them open benefits both parties. However, it’s not going to be easy to get close to these things, let alone even laying your hands on these new probes.
These probes will appear in the new major map condition, ARC Operations: Close Scutiny. During this condition, loot across the map will be close to nothing, but the ARC Assessors may contain riches no one has ever seen before. So, bring your best gear, because kitted-out Raiders aren’t the only thing you’ll have to worry about.
The New ARC Enemy And The Wandering ARC
Whether it be loot or its true purpose, the Assessor is doing something important, and it’s obvious from its heavily armed guards. The new ARC enemy, the Vaporizor, patrols the skies around the Assessor, zapping any Raider that dares to get close with its laser weaponry. And be extra careful, security details are never solo, so keep an eye out.
Of course, the bad news doesn’t end there, as a known floating threat has escaped its usual confines. Due to a careless Raider, the Stella Montis doors have been left open, and Shredders have escaped. You can now expect to see Shredders in Blue Gate, Buried City, Spaceport, and Dam Battlegrounds during the Spreading Shredders map condition.
Is That All For The Arc Raiders Flashpoint Update?
The Arc Raiders Flashpoint update doesn’t end there; there’s plenty more where that came from, but these are just featured additions. The Arc Raiders Flashpoint update includes a massive list of minor improvements, adjustments, and bug fixes. As usual, these are too minor for us to include compared to the major additions of this update.
But as always, these minor changes are to improve the game, so you may or may not feel their influence when playing the game. On the topic of playing, what are you still doing here in your hideout? There’s a new threat for you to conquer, so get to it, Raider!
