Reading Time: 3 minutes

The latest update for Helldivers 2 has arrived, and with it, a new Helldivers 2 content roadmap and various other content. While the patch itself is incredibly exciting, we’d like to focus on the accompanying roadmap for now. Don’t worry, we’ll look at the Helldivers 2 6.1.0 patch soon.

Until then, we’ll be looking at the recently released Helldivers 2 content roadmap that the community has requested for some time. This roadmap lists the content you can expect in the coming months of 2026, so the wait won’t be unbearable. Now, let’s dive right into the roadmap and see what it has to offer for us in the coming months.

The Helldivers 2 Content Roadmap

As mentioned, the Helldivers 2 content roadmap outlines the upcoming content of the next few months. The next few months in particular are February, March, April, and June. We’ll start with the first month on the list that features new content, March, as February was the release date for the Machinery of Oppression update.

March

When the month of Mars rolls around, you can expect to see the Helldivers 2 6.1.0 patch. This patch, or update if you’d prefer to call it, will focus on the Squ’ith, the Illuminate faction in Helldivers 2. The March patch is already here, but not everything has arrived, such as the new Illuminate enemies and missions.

However, a few things have already arrived for us in the March patch, AKA the Helldivers 2 6.1.0 patch. These include the new Warbond, Galactic War campaign, and the various QOL fixes, bug fixes, and rebalances. The rest of the exciting additions of the March patch will arrive on March 20, 2026, just a couple more days away.

April

The month of April is quite the exciting one, as its update seems to focus on the bugs themselves, the Terminids. April will become the home of the Helldivers 2 6.2.0 update, which will focus on the Terminid front, as mentioned previously. The contents of the April patch are as follows:

  • Two new biomes
  • New Terminid enemy variants
  • A new Galactic War campaign
  • A new Warbond
  • Various QOL fixes, bug fixes, and rebalances

Unfortunately, from April onwards, the Helldivers 2 content roadmap will become vague. The vagueness is due to the content being farther into the future and not set in stone. However, this still allows the Helldivers 2 content roadmap to do its job of giving players an idea of what’s going to happen.

June

June seems to contain a general update with no specific theme or focus on any of the three enemy factions. Of course, this could change drastically once we get closer to June, but this is all we have until that happens. June will see the release of the Helldivers 2 6.3.0 patch, which will contain the following:

  • A new biome
  • A new Galactic War campaign
  • A new Warbond
  • Various QOL fixes, bug fixes, and rebalances

As bare as these additions may seem, we’re still far away from the June patch, so have patience, my friends. We may eat some of our words when the June update finally arrives.

Is That All For The Helldivers 2 Content Roadmap?

That is indeed all for the Helldivers 2 content roadmap, at least for now. The current roadmap only mentions the four months’ worth of content, so once we’ve reached June, they may release another roadmap. And if Arrowhead maintains this communication with the community, then I’m sure another roadmap is on the way.

As always, we’ll have to wait and see if Arrowhead continues to communicate with the community. While we wait for that and the future contents promised in the Helldivers 2 content roadmap, keep on fighting the good fight. In fact, there’s a Major Order going on right now, so get in that pod, Helldiver, for liberty and managed democracy!
