The 83rd Golden Globe Awards have begun, and we’re excited to present you with the KPDH Golden Globe Awards. The 83rd Golden Globe Awards went live on January 11, 2026, to give viewers a cheerful start to their 2026 with some positivity. While different categories and participants flood the event, we wanted to focus on a particular golden candidate.
And for those of you who aren’t aware, the Golden Globe Awards celebrate the achievements of movies and TV shows. However, the Golden Globe also considers TV shows for its awards, giving it a wider variety of accolades to bestow. Now, without further ado, let’s see what the KPDH Golden Globe Awards are.
The KPDH Golden Globe Awards
While the KPDH Golden Globe awards might not surprise many of you, it’s still an astounding feat to accomplish. The Golden Globe Awards feature 28 categories, with six nominees for each category. KPDH was nominated for three of the 28 categories and won two awards from two of those categories.
The first of the KPDH Golden Globe awards is the Best Animated Motion Picture award. Arco, Kimetsu No Yaiba Infinity Castle, Elio, Little Amélie or The Character of Rain, and Zootopia 2 were also nominees for this category. However, out of all of these nominees, KPDH won the award for its fantastic use of 3D animation and simple yet entertaining story.
The Best Animated Motion Picture award sits alongside KPDH’s other similar awards. Namely, the Critics’ Choice Movie Award for Best Animated Feature and the New York Film Critics Circle Award for Best Animated Film. The awards don’t stop there; there’s one more of the KPDH Golden Globe Awards.
KPDH also won the Best Original Motion Picture Song award for the song that symbolized the story of personal growth and self-discovery, Golden. Compared to the other nominees for this award, KPDH definitely takes the cake, as it’s a musical movie after all. KPDH also received another award for its music in the form of the Music Visionary of the Year award.
Lastly, the Golden Globe also nominated KPDH for the Cinematic and Box Office Achievement award. Unfortunately, KPDH sits alongside the other nominees for this award, as Sinners won this award. KPDH sits alongside the likes of Avatar Fire and Ash, F1, Mission Impossible: The Final Reckoning, Weapons, Wicked: For Good, and Zootopia 2.
What Is Next For KPDH After The KPDH Golden Globe Awards?
The KPDH Golden Globe Awards are only for the first movie, and you heard me right. KPDH only has one movie, but Netflix plans to release KPDH 2 sometime in 2029. Maggie Kang and Chris Appelhans will direct the sequel, which continues the story of our favorite demon-hunting K-pop group, HUNTR/X.
Until KPDH 2 releases, KPDH will keep reverberating throughout the internet, forever keeping the Honmoon sealed. Whether it be with collaborations with games like Fortnite or hosting special events like the KPDH sing-along screenings.
