The upcoming Redacted Regiment missions have recently come to light thanks to the Redacted Regiment mission leaks. These leaks reveal future stealth-focused missions and brand new mission types for players to enjoy. And to make things even better, the upcoming stealth Warbond, Redacted Regiment, may release alongside these missions.
Although an official release date doesn’t exist yet, we can assume that, with the end of the content break, it will come soon. But we aren’t here to hypothesize the release date, we’re here to discover what the Redacted Regiment mission leaks hold. So let’s not waste any more time and start analyzing the Redacted Regiment mission leaks.
What Are The Redacted Regiment Mission Leaks?
Recently, leaks have surfaced showcasing upcoming content, namely the Redacted Regiment mission leaks. These leaks showcase new mission types, objectives, and mechanics for the community to learn and engage in. The first of these Redacted Regiment mission leaks is the Commando mission type.
The Commando Mission Type
Similar to Blitz, this mission type features unique mechanics that set it apart from the standard mission roster. The Commando mission type sees your team deploying deep behind enemy lines with limited assistance from your Super Destroyer. Your squad gets a few moments to deploy all of your necessary equipment before your destroyer leaves.
However, you may call your destroyer back in case of emergencies, but these calls are limited, so use it wisely. Without the help of your destroyer, all you have to get you through the mission is the gear on your back. But if you play your cards right, these new Commando missions shouldn’t pose a threat to your squad.
As of writing, there are three Commando missions currently in the Redacted Regiment mission leaks. These include:
- Acquire Evidence: Players must call down a camera and stealthily acquire undeniable proof of the Automaton’s crimes.
- Extract Intel: Players must secure keycards to access a secure location containing confidential intel from the Automatons and extract it.
- Secure Black Box: Players must extract a black box containing critical intel from a downed SEAF recon aircraft.
Many may wonder how you can reinforce your teammates without your Super Destroyer present; thankfully, there’s a way. The Super Destroy deploys Hellpods around the area of operations that your squad can secure to obtain more reinforcements. After securing these Hellpod sites, players respawn directly from these pods.
Present in the new mission type is the inclusion of a new game mechanic called the threat meter. The threat meter visualizes the severity of bot drops; in other words, the enemies present in each drop. This meter goes up as more bot drops get called in, so remain stealthy lest you face the wrath of the machines.

The New Mission Objectives
The Redacted Regiment mission leaks also include new mission objectives for the Automaton front of the Galactic War. Many of these are similar to the current mission objectives available in the game. These new mission objectives include:
- Rapid Acquisition: Similar to the Eradicate missions, Rapid Acquisition lands your squad on a small map with constantly spawning enemies. You must call down a container before filling it with platinum bars around the area. Once filled, you and the container must leave before the enemy overwhelms you.
- Destroy Bio-Processors: This new objective belongs to the Blitz mission roster, a short, action-packed mission type. Players have 12 minutes to complete all main objectives before the mission is considered a failure. The primary goal is to destroy all Bio-Processors present in the mission area.
- Sabotage Orgo-Plasma Synthesis: In this mission, Helldivers must destroy Bio-Processors and extract a sample of the fuel that the Automatons use.
- Annex Untapped Mineral Sites: Annex Untapped Mineral Sites is similar to Geological Survey missions, with one main difference. Helldivers must find coordinates to dig sites containing minerals that may hold potential for our research. Once you reach the dig sites, the mission process is like the Geological Survey missions.
- Seize Industrial Complex: This mission sees your squad capturing Automaton complexes by either raising a flag or sabotaging them with an SSSD.
- Confiscate Assets: This mission is similar to the Rapid Acquisition mission but on a larger map with more time. Helldivers must gather platinum bars and fusion batteries around the area.
Do The Redacted Regiment Mission Leaks Coincide With The Redacted Regiment Warbond?
The upcoming missions revealed by the Redacted Regiment missions leaks are definitely made for the Redacted Regiment Warbond. Not only that, these leaks are only possible because they were all added into the files with the recent Into the Unjust patch. So when one comes out, you’ll know that the other will follow closely behind.
Unfortunately, we don’t know when either of these will release, so the best we can all do is just hope. But we’ve just been ordered to take Oshaune, so don’t dawdle and get in that Hellpod, Helldiver!
